Student Union has a partnership with Media Services to make it easier for student groups to access audio/visual and media equipment for event needs. The details of the partnership include the following:
- Student Union recognized student groups may reserve any equipment from Media Services without incurring a rental fee. Groups that return equipment late or reserve equipment that requires professional set up may be charged a late fee ($100 per day) or set-up fee respectively.
- Various Student Union representatives (including the Vice President of Finance, and a representative from both Budget Committee and the Student Group Activities Committee) serve as an advisory group to Media Services for future equipment purchases and upgrades. Students who have suggestions for media services should contact the Vice President of Finance by email at finance@su.wustl.edu.
- Student Union and Student Media Services meet once per semester to evaluate the service provided to student groups and discuss any necessary improvements or enhancements.
