Speaker of the Senate: Mamatha Challa
The Speaker of the Senate is the chief representative of the body, sets its vision and monitors its progress. Responsibilities include setting the agenda and chairing weekly Senate meetings, serving on the Executive Council, and advising the Senate committee chairs.

Academic Affairs Committee Chair: Vinod Ravikumar
The Academic Affairs Committee oversee academic services and resources in the undergraduate schools. The committee works with appropriate school councils to develop recommendations for appropriate legislation that is considered by the Senate and the Executive Officers.

Campus Services Committee Chair: Pat Kelly
The Campus Services Committee oversees all non-academic services on campus, such as food, health, the environment, safety, shuttles, parking, construction, mail, the bank, the campus store, and the athletic complex. The committee assigns liaisons to relevant campus departments and provides recommendations for appropriate legislation that is considered by the Senate and the Executive Officers.

University Initiatives Committee Chair: Michael Post
The University Initiatives Committee oversees non-academic policy proposals that will affect both current and future students. The committee researches strategic approaches to University policy and long-term initiatives and provides recommendations for appropriate legislation that is considered by the Senate and the Executive Officers.
